The Tone:
This is a full-time role at Options Group, located in New York, NY. Options Group is a global executive search and strategic consulting firm for the financial services industry, experiencing five consecutive record years of growth. This role is crucial for continuing that expansion by identifying and developing key talent, participating in all aspects of the search process, and building valuable relationships. The Associate Recruiter will contribute directly to the firm’s success by acquiring top candidates for clients and nurturing a diverse talent pipeline.

• Pay: $45000–$50000 yearly + commission
• Mission: Acquire and develop candidates for financial services clients by participating in all aspects of the executive search process.
What You’ll Actually Do
• Research: Conduct comprehensive research and execute search strategy development for candidate acquisition.
• Candidate Management: Source, screen, interview, present, and develop potential candidates for client requirements.
• Relationship Building: Nurture and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients.
• Data Management: Perform data mining and ongoing management of recruitment information.
• Business Support: Provide ongoing support for the firm’s business development initiatives.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field; open to recent college graduates.
• Experience: Open to candidates with minimal experience; any recruitment-related experience is helpful.
• Skills: Strong data management skills, detail-oriented, strong communication skills, and a good understanding of Financial Services.
• Bonus: Experience in sales and/or related areas; experience in executive search; related experience in customer-facing roles.
