What You’ll Actually Do
• Account Support: Support the sales team in managing assigned client accounts and serve as a secondary point of contact for clients.
• Reporting & Analysis: Assist in developing client presentations, sales reports, and performing data analysis to support account growth strategies.
• Performance Monitoring: Help monitor sales performance metrics, identify opportunities for additional sales or product offerings, and track key account data using CRM and reporting tools.
• Internal Coordination: Collaborate with internal sales, marketing, and operations teams to ensure smooth program execution and coordinate responses to client inquiries for prompt issue resolution.
• Market Awareness: Prepare client-facing materials, participate in sales calls or meetings as needed, and stay up-to-date on industry trends, customer insights, and competitive activity.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience. This is an early career role, ideal for building a foundation in sales and client relationship management.
• Experience: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. Demonstrated ability to understand and translate basic data into actionable insights (training provided).
• Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-first mindset that includes cultivating relationships and soliciting/informing stakeholders; highly organized with great attention to detail and effective time management; ability to take extreme ownership and work both independently and collaboratively, anticipating needs to lighten team burdens.
• Bonus: Experience with CRM systems. Willingness to travel occasionally as needed.
