What You’ll Actually Do
• Talent Pipeline: Proactively source, engage, and cultivate relationships with active and passive talent to build a robust pipeline, focusing on junior-level hiring.
• Candidate Management: Conduct initial screening calls, arrange strategic interview lineups, and serve as the primary point of contact for a positive candidate experience.
• Offer & Negotiation: Partner with HR leadership on compensation recommendations, extend offers, and manage negotiations through to successful closure.
• Strategic Support: Support various projects such as brainstorming non-traditional recruiting tactics and building diverse talent pipelines.
• Job Administration: Develop and update job descriptions, then post them to appropriate job boards and portals.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s Degree (B.A. or B.S.) in a related field.
• Experience: 2-4 years in Talent Acquisition, including proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and Applicant Tracking Systems (Greenhouse). Demonstrated ability to engage, interview, and close entry-level candidates.
• Skills: Strong organizational and time management abilities, with proven prioritization skills. Excellent verbal and written communication. A collaborative approach to teamwork.
• Bonus: Prior experience recruiting talent within the communications field.
