• Mission: Enable seamless daily trading operations for institutional retirement clients by executing trades, managing fund agreements, and maintaining security data.
• Tech Stack: Intermediate Excel skills preferred

What You’ll Actually Do
• Trade Execution: Monitor and assist in the successful execution of various trades, including ETFs, for institutional retirement clients.
• Agreement Management: Engage with fund companies to establish new trading agreements and modify existing contracts.
• Data Maintenance: Maintain the division’s security master to ensure accurate trading information.
• Special Event Coordination: Coordinate and execute special handling events with fund companies as required.
• Process Improvement: Review and enhance operational processes to improve efficiency within the business unit.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-level position with a preferred Bachelor’s Degree and a genuine interest in the financial services industry and market functions.
• Experience: No specific years required, but experience communicating with external clients, management, and business partners is essential for success.
• Skills: Analytical skills for researching and resolving issues, intermediate Excel proficiency, and strong communication skills.
