What You’ll Actually Do
• Product Delivery: Efficiently deliver fast and delectably delicious pizzas to hungry customers, demonstrating exceptional punctuality and a strong sense of urgency to ensure timely and satisfactory service.
• Route Navigation: Skillfully utilize navigational abilities to accurately read maps, pinpoint specific addresses within designated delivery areas, and competently traverse diverse terrain, including multi-story buildings, private homes, and various other delivery sites, while safely transporting products.
• Customer Engagement: Consistently engage in enthusiastic and positive customer communication, fostering a welcoming interaction, and meticulously uphold a professional appearance in strict accordance with Domino’s and Team Fox image standards, as you are the direct face of the brand.
• Operational Support: Execute essential in-store operational tasks, which include accurately taking inventory, diligently stocking ingredients from the delivery area to storage, work areas, walk-in or reach-in coolers, and completing all associated paperwork with precision.
• Order Management: Expediently receive and process telephone orders to ensure complete customer satisfaction and facilitate timely pizza delivery, alongside accurately handling all monetary transactions, including making precise change.
The Must-Haves
• Background: This role is for early career professionals, aged 18 or older, who are capable of consistently maintaining a professional appearance and demeanor in line with established brand standards.
• Experience: A mandatory requirement is a minimum of one year of documented driving history. Candidates must also have consistent and reliable access to an insured vehicle which can be effectively utilized for delivery purposes.
• Skills: Essential skills encompass strong navigational proficiency to efficiently locate addresses and manage diverse delivery routes, accurate arithmetic abilities for processing monetary transactions, excellent and enthusiastic customer communication, a high degree of punctuality, and a robust sense of urgency. The position further demands the ability to direct individual activities, perform necessary repetitive tasks, work effectively both alone and collaboratively with others under varying levels of stress, and consistently make sound ethical judgments and decisions in a timely manner. Successful completion of a comprehensive Criminal Background Check and a Motor Vehicle Record Check, both meeting company-defined standards, is also a critical prerequisite for this role.
