Food Safety & Quality Intern – Green Bay, WI – Year Round | Schreiber Foods

What You’ll Actually Do
• Coordinate: Oversee new ingredient and supplier onboarding processes.
• Gather: Collect necessary ingredient and supplier information by referencing databases and internal systems.
• Review: Evaluate audits and supplier performance reports for compliance and effectiveness.
• Create: Develop various documents and reports, including supplier Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Assist: Support quality teams with ongoing projects and operational tasks.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Food Science, Dairy Science, Data Sciences, Food Safety and Quality, or a science-related field, with a graduation date of May 2028 or later.
• Experience: Availability to work approximately 15 to 20 hours per week during the semester, and 40 hours per week during summer and winter breaks. Thorough knowledge of administrative procedures and computer systems, including proficiency in word processing, managing files and records, Excel, PowerPoint, Documentum, and Microsoft Outlook.
• Skills: Effective oral and written communication, ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment, strong ownership of assignments and commitment to completion, a desire to grow and embrace new challenges, capability to multi-task efficiently, and reliable transportation.
