What You’ll Actually Do
• Monitoring: Actively observe and oversee the entire premises, including various access points and sensitive areas, to identify and mitigate potential security risks and ensure the safety of all personnel and assets within the Hyundai warehouse environment.
• Patrol: Conduct regular and thorough patrols across a variety of designated locations within the client site, maintaining a visible security presence and deterring unauthorized activities or breaches.
• Order Preservation: Proactively preserve order by addressing disturbances, conflicts, or non-compliant behaviors, ensuring a calm and respectful environment for all individuals present.
• Enforcement: Consistently enforce all established regulations and directives specific to the client site, applying these rules fairly to personnel, visitors, and designated areas to uphold site security standards.
• Service: Provide clear, concise customer service and essential information to the client’s employees and customers, acting as a helpful and knowledgeable point of contact for inquiries and assistance.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Officer. This is an entry-level position that offers a comprehensive introduction to a career in the security industry. No prior security-specific education is required, as extensive training and all necessary resources will be provided by Securitas.
• Experience: No prior professional experience in the security field is necessary for this role, as Securitas provides all required training and equipment to prepare new team members for success.
• Skills: Active monitoring, proficient patrolling techniques, effective regulation enforcement, dispute resolution for order preservation, and clear communication for customer service.
• Bonus: A background in customer-facing roles such as the retail, food service, or hospitality industry is considered a strong asset and a great fit for the role.
