The Tone:
This is an in-person internship at Walmart, located in Lebanon, TN. As a Pharmacy Pre-Grad Intern, you will gain crucial hands-on experience while supporting the safe and efficient delivery of pharmacy products and services.

The TL;DR
• Role: Internship
• Location: In-person, Lebanon, TN
• Pay: $20.50–$33.50 hourly
• Mission: Contribute to community health by supporting the pharmacy team in delivering exceptional patient care and efficient services.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Confidentiality: Ensure all information, documentation, and assigned records adhere to Company policies and all local, State, and Federal guidelines.
• Order Processing: Assist with processing both prescription and over-the-counter (OTC) orders and purchases for patients.
• Patient Care: Deliver direct patient care by recognizing individual needs, assessing their health requirements, and guiding them through clinical therapies.
• Inventory Management: Receive and stock merchandise and supplies from distribution centers and various suppliers to maintain pharmacy operations.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Student currently enrolled in an accredited Pharmacy school.
• Experience: Proficiency in pharmaceutical care and implementing best practices; capability to manage inventory and maintain the pharmacy area.
• Skills: Excellent ability to foster relationships with customers and the pharmacy team; capability to cater to individual patient needs; commitment to following HIPAA and PHI guidelines; enthusiasm for participating in community activities, outreach, and events.
• Bonus: Pharmacy-Based Immunization Delivery Certification.
