What You’ll Actually Do
• Integrate: Embed directly into client and internal workflows to ensure data-driven insights are a vital part of AI agent analysis and decision-making.
• Report: Produce custom, timely data reports and visualizations that provide expert analysis for both internal product teams and external clients.
• Respond: Handle data-related requests promptly and satisfactorily, communicating complex findings in an effective, consistent, and professional manner.
• Collaborate: Work regularly with a manager and other team members to refine data models and improve agent performance.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Recent graduate or an entry-level professional with a maximum of two years of experience in data analysis or a closely related technical field. This role requires a strong foundational knowledge of statistics, various data analysis methodologies, and the core logical frameworks that underpin AI and machine learning concepts.
• Experience: Demonstrated strong communication and interpersonal skills, crucial for effectively explaining complex data trends and findings to both technical teams and non-technical stakeholders. Candidates must reside in and be authorized to work in the United States, with a willingness to travel for occasional team summits as agreed upon. Experience that includes providing practical and digestible insights gleaned from complex data sets is highly valued.
• Skills: Proficiency in technical skills essential for data analysis, including coding languages such as Python or R, practical experience with data modeling, and competency in database management, particularly with SQL.
• Bonus: Prior internship or significant project experience specifically as a data analyst, support staffer, or researcher, especially within a technology-focused environment or an AI-centric company.
