What You’ll Actually Do
• Participate: Engage in a structured program designed to provide comprehensive knowledge across various areas of the Cintas business.
• Gain Exposure: Interact with multiple departments within the company to understand diverse operational functions.
• Train: Combine hands-on experiences with opportunities to learn from different teams.
• Develop Skills: Strengthen leadership, organization, communication, and time management capabilities through practical application and interaction.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree.
• Experience: Prior co-op or internship experience in a Customer Service, Sales, Production, or Administrative role is preferred.
• Skills: Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, Project, and Outlook, as well as general intranet and internet usage.
• Bonus: Academic major in business or a related field, a demonstrated leadership or management role in campus or extracurricular activities, and availability to start within two weeks of an offer.
