DEUTZ is a global leader in the manufacturing of innovative drive systems, including diesel, gas, and electric drivetrains for professional applications across various industries. This role offers an Intern the opportunity to complete entry-level work, gain valuable experience in a field related to their degree, and build strong relationships with peers and supervisors while representing the DEUTZ brand with excellence.

The TL;DR
• Role: Internship
• Type: Part-time (30 working hours)
• Location: In-person, Norcross, GA

• Team: Reports to Engineering Manager.
• Mission: To complete entry-level work and gain experience relevant to their degree while understanding company operations and representing the brand.
• Tech Stack: SAP, other proprietary software.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Software Proficiency: Learn and become proficient in SAP and other software utilized by Deutz.
• Company Understanding: Comprehend the overall concept of Deutz, including its brand, customer base, company goals, and product objectives.
• Task Completion: Execute tasks specifically assigned by the supervisor or manager.
• Process Improvement: Provide suggestions to management for improving internal processes and efficiency.
• Meeting Support: Attend required meetings and assist in creating necessary presentations.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Student currently pursuing or holding a Bachelor’s degree, with a High School diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: No specific years of prior experience are required for this role.
• Skills: Effective written and verbal communication, ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment, strong prioritization and multi-tasking skills, and the capability to maintain confidentiality.
• Bonus: Prior Manufacturing Experience.
