What You’ll Actually Do
• Operations Evaluation: Evaluate current manufacturing operations to understand existing processes and identify areas for enhancement.
• Process Improvement: Suggest improvements in operations materials and methods to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Standard Work Creation: Create standard work procedures for operations to ensure consistency and quality.
• Project Presentation: Plan and present project outcomes to the leadership team, detailing findings and proposed solutions.
