What You’ll Actually Do
• Test Design: Design and develop quality testing procedures, updating and modifying existing tests as needed.
• Test Execution: Perform moderately complex functional, application, regression, performance, and integration testing.
• Quality Assurance: Define and adhere to quality initiatives while collaborating with team members on test objectives.
• Reporting & Research: Provide metrics and results from testing efforts to support business decisions and research emerging testing technologies.

The Must-Haves
• Background: An undergraduate student with a technical background, demonstrating an ability to adapt to and maintain software products and current testing technologies.
• Experience: Experience with accurately estimating task durations and meeting schedules, coupled with a commitment to timely and quality solutions.
• Skills: Adaptation to software products and testing technologies, interpreting written technical documentation, accuracy and thoroughness, strong verbal and written communication, and collaborative teamwork.
