What You’ll Actually Do
• Coordination: Coordinate candidate interviews and manage scheduling logistics.
• Record Keeping: Maintain accurate applicant records and recruitment trackers.
• Communication: Support timely candidate communication and follow-up activities.
• Support: Assist with new hire onboarding coordination processes.
• Reporting: Prepare comprehensive hiring reports and provide recruitment updates.

The Must-Haves
• Background: High school diploma or equivalent required, with an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred. This role is focused on building a career in recruiting, human resources, or talent operations.
• Experience: 0–2 years of experience in administration, customer service, recruiting, or support roles.
• Skills: Strong communication and organizational skills, attention to detail and time management abilities, basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace), ability to manage multiple priorities effectively, comfortable working independently in a remote environment, and a professional, dependable mindset.
• Bonus: Administrative or office support experience, exposure to recruiting or HR processes, experience with scheduling and coordination, and familiarity with applicant tracking systems.
