What You’ll Actually Do
• Client Engagement: Conduct all interactions with clients in a timely, professional, and responsive manner, fostering strong relationships and managing expectations for the recruitment process. This includes leading role briefing sessions to align on requirements.
• Process Management & Optimization: Follow agreed-upon client recruitment processes for effective delivery and actively identify and communicate opportunities for continuous improvement strategies within these processes.
• Candidate Assessment: Utilize competency-based interviewing techniques to thoroughly screen, identify, and differentiate candidates, resulting in a high-quality short-list for clients.
• Candidate Care: Serve as a high-touch point of contact for candidates, effectively communicating position opportunities and the client’s value proposition while managing their journey through the recruitment process.
• System Expertise: Act as the subject matter expert for applicant tracking systems, ensuring efficient candidate processing, effective recruitment process delivery, and comprehensive candidate care.
The Must-Haves
• Background: This is an entry-level position at Korn Ferry, specifically requiring a Bachelor’s degree with a minimum GPA of 3.5. Candidates must possess a strong foundational understanding of the full recruitment lifecycle, with a particular emphasis on campus recruitment initiatives and programming management to effectively support early careers hiring.
• Experience: Demonstrated capability in operating on complex processes and systems while maintaining strong adherence to established standards and quality measures. Prior experience in supporting campus recruitment programs or similar early career talent initiatives is essential for this role.
• Skills: The ability to work onsite 2 days weekly in the Dallas, Texas office is mandatory, with the flexibility to increase to three days as needed to meet business demands. A strong understanding and application of customer service principles are required to foster positive interactions with both hiring managers and candidates throughout the recruitment process. Proficiency as a subject matter expert in applicant tracking systems is critical for efficient candidate processing, management, and overall recruitment process effectiveness.
