Junior Data Analyst | ITA International

This role is crucial for assisting the analytics team in collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data, directly supporting decision-making processes and enhancing operational effectiveness.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Prepare: Assist in gathering and preparing data from various sources for analysis.
• Analyze: Conduct preliminary data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.
• Visualize: Create visualizations and reports to communicate findings to team members and stakeholders.
• Standardize: Support the team in standardizing data sets and ensuring data quality.
• Collaborate: Collaborate with senior analysts to understand business needs and provide insights.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or Economics.
• Experience: 0-3 years of experience in data analysis, statistics, or a related field, with basic knowledge of data analysis tools and techniques like Excel and SQL.
• Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, excellent attention to detail when working with large datasets, and strong written and verbal communication skills. Familiarity with programming languages such as Python or R is also required.
• Bonus: Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI), familiarity with statistical analysis methods and software, knowledge of data management best practices including SQL, prior internship or coursework in data analysis, or an Active Secret Clearance (or the ability to obtain one).
