What You’ll Actually Do
• Project Coordination: Coordinate project timelines, prepare meeting agendas, and ensure key deliverables stay on schedule for consulting engagements.
• Documentation Management: Prepare meeting minutes, maintain action item trackers, and update project documentation under guidance from senior team members.
• Data Organization: Gather and organize client data to support various project needs and analyses.
• Material Preparation: Assist in the preparation of presentations, reports, and financial models for client-facing projects.
• Process Support: Schedule meetings, manage shared project folders, and help streamline internal processes and templates.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Current enrollment in or recent completion of a bachelor’s degree program in Business, Healthcare Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• Experience: Proficiency with productivity tools including Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and shared drives or collaboration platforms.
• Skills: Strong organizational, time management, and task-tracking abilities; clear written and verbal communication skills; attention to detail and accuracy.
• Bonus: Interest in healthcare, finance, or management consulting (prior coursework or exposure is a plus); demonstrated professionalism, discretion, and comfort working with confidential information; ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid environment.
