What You’ll Actually Do
• Operations Management: Operate all restaurant equipment, ensuring proper functionality. Responsibilities include stocking and rotating ingredients efficiently from delivery to storage, work areas, and the walk-in cooler, maintaining freshness and organization.
• Product Preparation: Prepare all food products meticulously according to Domino’s recipes and quality standards, ensuring items meet customer expectations for taste and presentation.
• Order Processing: Efficiently receive and accurately process all customer orders placed via telephone and internet, ensuring precise data entry and clear communication for correct fulfillment.
• Financial & Administrative: Accurately count inventory and complete all required administrative paperwork. This also includes performing precise calculations to make correct monetary change for customers, with calculator use permitted.
• Customer & Delivery Service: Provide outstanding customer service through clear verbal and written communication with customers and co-workers in person and over the phone. Additionally, safely drive a personal vehicle for deliveries, navigate roads and maps effectively, and handle diverse terrains or stairs at delivery sites while transporting products.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Others. Candidates should possess foundational knowledge in general food service operations and customer interaction principles, demonstrating a capability to learn and apply specific operational procedures in a service-oriented environment.
• Experience: Comprehensive on-the-job training is provided. This includes customer service orientation, interactive computer programs for system familiarity, and extensive hands-on practice to achieve proficiency in all operational tasks.
• Skills:
• Customer Communication: Ability to comprehend and communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, with customers and co-workers over the phone and in person.
• Safe Driving & Navigation: Proven ability to safely operate a personal vehicle, navigate roads and maps accurately, and confidently manage varying terrains or stairs at delivery locations while carrying products.
• Basic Arithmetic Proficiency: Demonstrated capability to accurately perform addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division for making correct monetary change (calculator use is permitted).
