What You’ll Actually Do
• Client Outreach: Conduct outreach to prospective clients and business partners.
• Solution Introduction: Introduce individuals and families to insurance and financial protection solutions through PalmState Insurance.
• Appointment Setting: Schedule appointments and consultations for potential clients.
• Lead Management: Follow up with leads and maintain ongoing communication to nurture relationships.
• Performance Tracking: Track outreach activity and engagement to monitor progress.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Current college students and recent graduates are encouraged to apply, with an interest in business development, sales, entrepreneurship, leadership, or financial services.
• Experience: Comfortable speaking with people and building relationships; organized and consistent with follow-up.
