What You’ll Actually Do
• Gather: Partner with stakeholders to gather, document, and validate business requirements.
• Analyze: Conduct analysis to identify process inefficiencies and propose actionable improvements.
• Document: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including workflows, process maps, and user stories.
• Collaborate: Work with technical teams to ensure business requirements are translated into effective solutions.
• Support: Assist with project planning, tracking, and reporting to ensure timely delivery.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Master’s degree. Entry-level understanding of business analysis and technology consulting.
• Experience: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and process mapping tools. Familiarity with business analysis frameworks and project methodologies like Agile or Waterfall. Must have U.S. work authorization.
• Skills: Strong analytical and critical thinking, exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Bonus: Internship or hands-on experience in business analysis or consulting, familiarity with JIRA, Confluence, or Power BI, basic knowledge of SQL or database concepts.
