What You’ll Actually Do
• Analysis: Conduct financial modeling and investment analysis to support decision-making.
• Research: Research industries, markets, and potential investment opportunities to inform strategy.
• Documentation: Prepare investment memorandums and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
• Monitoring: Analyze company financial statements and performance metrics, assisting with portfolio monitoring and reporting.
• Support: Support due diligence activities, data collection, and assist with strategic projects and special initiatives.

The Must-Haves
• Background: High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• Experience: 0–2 years of experience in finance, banking, accounting, operations, or support roles.
• Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent written and verbal communication abilities, attention to detail and accuracy, basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel), and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively while working independently.
• Bonus: Internship experience in finance or investment-related roles, familiarity with financial modeling concepts, understanding of accounting principles, experience with financial reporting and analysis, and a strong interest in private equity and investment management.
