This position is vital for taking ownership of high-volume email campaign execution, focusing specifically on assembling and building CRM email content using structured, templated architecture. It requires a dedicated individual to support a crucial aspect of client communication and platform migration.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Email Assembly: Efficiently build, configure, and deploy emails using templated layouts for high-volume campaigns.
• Platform Migration Support: Build marketing campaigns within Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) while actively assisting with the upcoming migration to a new Enterprise Service Provider (ESP) utilizing DCB components.
• Asset Optimization: Utilize Adobe Photoshop to crop, resize, and optimize creative assets for email integration, ensuring clean rendering and layout structure through basic HTML adjustments.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with internal teams, stakeholders, and agency partners to facilitate a smooth transition of components and ensure alignment on campaign layouts.
The Must-Haves
• Background: An entry-level candidate with a strong foundational understanding of email marketing best practices, basic HTML, and image editing.
• Experience: Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop for basic image manipulation and foundational knowledge of HTML for troubleshooting or updating email code modules.
• Skills: Practical understanding of email marketing best practices (e.g., standard layouts, rendering rules, call-to-action placement), basic image editing with Photoshop, and foundational HTML knowledge.
• Bonus: Exposure to Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) or similar enterprise level ESP drag-and-drop builders is highly preferred, along with comfort navigating a fast-paced environment involving changing timelines, shifting weekly hours, and software platform migrations.
