What You’ll Actually Do
• HR Administration: Maintain employee records, HR databases, personnel files, and documentation, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
• Recruitment: Assist with job postings, candidate scheduling, and interview coordination throughout the hiring process.
• Onboarding: Coordinate new hire onboarding, orientation programs, and employee documentation to ensure smooth transitions into the organization.
• Engagement: Support employee events, training sessions, meetings, and engagement initiatives that contribute to a positive workplace culture.
• Compliance: Prepare HR reports and maintain training records to support compliance with company policies and employment regulations.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Communications, or a related field is required. This role is ideal for a recent graduate ready to apply academic knowledge to practical HR scenarios.
• Experience: Recent graduate status is required. Candidates should demonstrate the capability to quickly learn and adapt to various HR functions.
• Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, is essential. Strong communication abilities, excellent organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, effective time management, and proven problem-solving capabilities are critical. The ability to handle sensitive information professionally is also required.
• Bonus: Approximately 3–6 months of Human Resources internship or professional experience is preferred. A foundational understanding of Human Resources principles, recruiting processes, employee relations, and HR administration is also a strong preference.
