What You’ll Actually Do
• Support: Assist with lead generation, outreach campaigns, and follow-ups with prospective and existing community partners.
• Contribute: Support digital marketing efforts, including understanding social media and email outreach concepts, and help coordinate webinars, events, and community initiatives.
• Prepare: Create presentations and basic reports for sales and marketing activities.
• Manage: Update and maintain CRM or other tracking tools to ensure accurate data and tracking.
• Engage: Maintain customer engagement by responding to inquiries and contributing ideas to improve campaigns and community interaction.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience: Interest or foundational skills in Sales and Sales Management, including lead nurturing, pipeline support, and basic CRM usage.
• Skills: Strong Communication, Customer Service, time management, and proficiency with common productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentation software).
• Bonus: Basic understanding of marketing concepts (digital campaigns, social media, email outreach), familiarity with CRM or marketing tools, demonstrated interest in technology, online communities, or the developer ecosystem.
