Growth Lead | Tabflows

The Tone:
This is an internship at Tabflows, located in Los Angeles, CA, and operates within a hybrid work model, blending on-site collaboration with remote flexibility. Tabflows provides a critical platform that empowers healthcare clinics, specifically over 100 clinics like Direct Primary Care providers, by streamlining their daily operations. The platform integrates various essential tools such as Elation, Hint, Spruce, and Quest into a single, unified interface, eliminating the need for clinicians to constantly switch between multiple tabs. Additionally, Tabflows leverages AI capabilities to automate tasks like drafting, searching, and organizing information, becoming smarter and more efficient with continued use. This Growth Lead role is essential for the company’s expansion, focusing on identifying new avenues for market penetration, driving strategic marketing campaigns, supporting sales initiatives, and ultimately increasing customer acquisition and retention to further Tabflows’ mission of delivering an efficient, collaborative, and free care system for DPC clinics.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Identify: Identify growth opportunities and analyze relevant market trends to inform strategic decisions.
• Drive: Drive strategic marketing initiatives aimed at increasing brand awareness and user engagement.
• Support: Support sales efforts by effectively presenting value propositions and assisting in closing opportunities.
• Implement: Implement creative growth-hacking strategies designed to rapidly increase user acquisition.
• Manage: Manage projects effectively to organize and execute tasks efficiently and maintain strong communication with team members and stakeholders.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree (completed or in progress) in Business, Marketing, or closely related fields, indicating foundational knowledge in relevant commercial areas.
• Experience: Demonstrated sales experience, including the capability to articulate value propositions clearly and successfully close opportunities, coupled with proficiency in Growth Hacking techniques and creative strategies for user acquisition.
• Skills: Strong analytical and data interpretation skills to identify key trends and opportunities, excellent communication abilities for effective collaboration with stakeholders, and competency in project management to efficiently organize and execute tasks.
• Bonus: Familiarity with either the healthcare or technology sectors, which would provide a beneficial understanding of Tabflows’ operational environment.
