Marketing Intern | Oniverse
The Tone:
This is an internship at Oniverse, located in New York, NY. Oniverse is a global fashion group founded in 1986 in Italy, known for its diverse portfolio of hosiery and beachwear brands including Calzedonia, Intimissimi, Falconeri, and Tezenis, operating over 5,600 shops worldwide. This role is crucial for supporting the public relations, influencer marketing, events, partnerships, and retail marketing functions for Falconeri US, offering hands-on experience in luxury fashion communications and cultural marketing. The ideal candidate is highly organized and detail-driven, eager to contribute to a collaborative environment.
The TL;DR
• Role: Internship
• Location: In-person, New York, NY
• Pay: $25 hourly
• Team: Reports to the PR, Marketing & Events Partnerships Manager with no direct reports.
• Mission: This person will support integrated marketing efforts for Falconeri US, spanning PR, influencer marketing, events, and partnerships, to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
What You’ll Actually Do
• PR & Gifting Coordination: Manage PR sample trafficking, pull requests, and shipment coordination between boutiques, agencies, and HQ, alongside assisting with gifting initiatives and VIP/influencer outreach materials.
• Event Logistics & Support: Aid in the planning, execution, and physical setup/breakdown of boutique activations, PR/Image events, and partnership initiatives, including vendor coordination, hospitality, and bookings.
• Reporting & Monitoring: Compile press clippings, editorial coverage, and monthly PR reports, monitor editorial positioning and competitor activity, and assist with performance recaps for paid social campaigns.
• Marketing & Calendar Management: Maintain the monthly marketing calendar across all functions and initiatives, and assist with various presentation preparations.
• Administrative Operations: Support core administrative and operational tasks for marketing and PR initiatives, including packaging, messenger coordination, shipments, and maintaining organized tracking systems and invoice documentation.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Student with a strong interest in luxury fashion, public relations, marketing, and communications.
• Experience: Prior internship or corporate office experience is preferred.
• Skills: Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail, strong project management and organizational skills, ability to multitask, and strong communication skills.
• Bonus: A strong understanding of pop culture and current industry trends.
