Content Creator | VaynerX

The Tone:
This is an entry-level, part-time, remote Creator position at VaynerX, available to candidates located outside the U.S., offering 10-35 hours of work per week. VaynerX operates as Team GaryVee, dedicated to producing high-volume, impactful social media content for Gary Vaynerchuk’s brand. This role is essential for generating innovative content ideas and executing them across diverse social platforms, significantly contributing to the brand’s online presence and cultural relevance.

• Mission: Create emotional, impactful, and objective-oriented content that leverages Gary Vaynerchuk’s brand across social media platforms.
• Tech Stack: Adobe Creative Suite, mobile creator apps, in-app editing (Instagram Story creation, TikTok editing)

What You’ll Actually Do
• Create: Develop emotional, impactful, and objective-oriented content specifically for Gary Vaynerchuk’s brand.
• Transform: Master the ability to convert any branded content into a high volume of social assets, including clips, gifs, graphics, photos, stories, and copy.
• Adapt: Work with a wide range and quality of video and static imagery, turning them into content assets built for individual platforms and their specific audiences.
• Collaborate: Partner with platform and strategy teams to create and manipulate video, photography, social copy, gifs, short clips, and streaming stories.
• Hone: Continuously refine design, editing, and blurb-writing skills using standard industry software and social platforms while managing rapid turnaround times and trending moments.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-level. Videography or design education OR equivalent relevant experience, coupled with deep knowledge of Gary’s content and expertise in social media.
• Experience: Daily use and creation on social media platforms, demonstrating a passion, curiosity, and history of making creative content such as Tweets, TikTok videos, Instagram visuals, and YouTube edits.
• Skills: Extraordinary skills in at least one, if not all, of design, video editing, or social media copywriting; proficiency in one or many Adobe Creative Suite programs; eagerness to learn other efficient ways to make social-first content; and proficiency in English.
• Bonus: Unconventional, less-obvious, unseasoned, or over seasoned creative pros who are passionate makers; dedicated video and design creators, subversive artists and illustrators, obsessive meme makers, documentarians, DJs, sports junkies, fashionistas, bloggers, vloggers, Redditors, Insta-feinds, or unabashed TikTokkers.
