What You’ll Actually Do
• Serve customers across front-end roles including courtesy clerk, customer service associate, and cashier, guiding and inspiring them for all grocery and health needs.
• Ensure every customer’s visit is memorable by providing exceptional, smile-driven service and support.
• Engage proactively in available on-the-job and online learning opportunities to foster continuous professional development and career growth.
• Contribute positively to a diverse and inclusive workforce, helping to build belonging and a strong “one team” environment.
