This role is crucial to the Global Sports Partnerships team, ensuring high-quality content supply by fostering relationships with top sports publishers and driving content growth around the most prominent global sporting moments.

• Team: Global Sports Partnerships team, which ensures high quality content supply on TikTok through close partnership with top Sports Publishers globally.
• Mission: Support the Global Sports Partnerships team in developing and nurturing relationships with key stakeholders at TikTok’s priority global Sports Publishers to secure incremental growth in high quality content around prominent Sporting moments.
What You’ll Actually Do
• Partner Engagement: Support the management and evolution of high-priority sports partnerships.
• Strategy Contribution: Contribute to partner strategy development, including identifying opportunities to deepen collaboration and unlock incremental value.
• Event Coordination: Collaborate cross-functionally to bring to life marquee US and global sports tentpoles, coordinating internal teams for seamless execution.
• Workflow Optimization: Identify opportunities to streamline and enhance cross-functional workflows, developing best practices for efficiency.
• Data Analysis: Conduct analysis on key sports programs, campaigns, and initiatives to measure impact and inform future strategy.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Currently pursuing an MBA degree.
• Experience: Demonstrated interest in sports, media, or entertainment with an understanding of the evolving sports landscape; experience in partnerships, business development, consulting, or related fields.
• Skills: Strong data analysis skills with experience translating complex datasets into strategic insights; structured thinking to navigate ambiguity and solve complex problems; strong communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
