What You’ll Actually Do
• Data Management: Assist with maintaining and organizing customer data within CRM systems such as HubSpot and Global Shop.
• Data Quality: Support data cleanup and standardization efforts to improve data accuracy and consistency.
• Customer Insight: Assist with customer follow-up and feedback initiatives to help identify customer trends and future opportunities.
• Lifecycle Tracking: Support customer lifecycle tracking, including order history and purchasing patterns.
• Reporting: Help pull and review sales data to identify trends and assist in preparing reports and summaries related to customer activity and sales performance.
