Performance Media Intern | Collective Measures | Media & Analytics
The Tone:
This is a paid internship role at Collective Measures, located in Minneapolis, MN, with hybrid work options. Collective Measures is an agency built at the intersection of media and analytics, focused on turning raw signals into clear, actionable directions for brands. This role is crucial for supporting the Performance Media Team, helping execute client tactics, and building fundamental skills in PPC advertising. It offers a unique opportunity for an eager individual to learn the digital marketing landscape and potentially transition into a full-time agency position.

• Tech Stack: Google Ads, Bing Ads, Google Analytics, SearchForce, Skai, Google Webmaster Tools, Microsoft Excel
What You’ll Actually Do
• Research: Research for and assist in the creation and optimization of paid search and paid social campaigns.
• Campaign Management: Develop, implement, report on, and analyze PPC campaigns comprehensively across various websites and channels.
• Communication: Summarize and communicate the status of all campaigns effectively with appropriate internal contacts.
• Project Coordination: Work with a project manager to create and ensure the timely delivery of project schedules.
• Trend Reporting: Report on developing search trends, tactics, and opportunities to internal teams and clients, with occasional assistance in Point of View (POV) documents.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Student who is proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn the ins-and-outs of digital marketing.
• Experience: No specific years required, but a self-starter approach with a positive attitude to meet objectives and take on responsibility.
• Skills: Strong written and verbal communication, a data-driven and analytical approach to problem-solving, strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously, and strong experience with Microsoft Excel.
• Bonus: Preferred experience in digital media, especially in managing paid search campaigns; any current certifications in Google Ads, Bing Ads, or other relevant platforms are a plus.
