What You’ll Actually Do
• Sales Processing: Process vehicle sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Paperwork Review: Review deal paperwork for completeness and compliance.
• Documentation Submission: Submit contracts and funding documentation to partners.
• Title & Registration: Process title and registration paperwork.
• Record Keeping: Maintain organized electronic and physical records for all transactions.

• Background: Entry-level professional with a strong work ethic, meticulous attention to detail, and a desire to learn dealership accounting and administration.
• Experience: No specific prior experience required; ability to learn dealership software is essential.
• Skills: Strong attention to detail and accuracy, excellent organizational and time management skills, professional communication and customer service skills, strong computer skills.
• Bonus: Previous automotive dealership experience, accounting, billing, title, banking, finance, or administrative experience, experience with dealership management systems.
