What You’ll Actually Do
• Ensure Safety: Observe and report activities and incidents at client sites to uphold a secure environment.
• Protect Property: Provide security and safety for client property and personnel, acting as a visible deterrent.
• Maintain Vigilance: Actively monitor premises and patrol locations to safeguard assets and people by staying alert to potential threats.
• Customer Service: Provide information and assistance to clients, employees, and visitors as the friendly face and first point of contact.
• Site Monitoring: Perform duties that include frequent sitting, standing, walking, climbing stairs, and navigating uneven terrain as needed.

The Must-Haves
• Background: This is an entry-level position that welcomes individuals without prior security experience, providing a foundational career path. It is particularly ideal for candidates transferring skills from retail, food service, or hospitality backgrounds.
• Experience: No specific years of prior security experience are required, as comprehensive training is provided to ensure you can confidently begin your career as a Security Officer.
• Skills: Demonstrate exceptional customer service capabilities, possess excellent communication skills for clear and effective interactions, proficient computer skills for basic operations, and physical endurance for standing and walking for extended periods.
• Bonus: Candidates should exhibit flexibility for weekend shifts, possess a valid driver’s license, meet all state, county, and municipal licensing requirements for Security Officers, be able to read, write, and speak English, and successfully pass a drug screen.
