Project Management Intern – Fall | Carrier

• Pay: $43500–$87500 yearly
• Mission: Support project managers in planning, organizing, and executing initiatives across the organization.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Project Coordination: Support scheduling, meeting preparation, agenda creation, and follow-up tracking to keep project activities aligned.
• Documentation Support: Maintain project plans, timelines, risk logs, and status reports to ensure information is accurate and up to date.
• Task & Workflow Tracking: Update project management tools with progress, deadlines, and dependencies.
• Data & Reporting: Gather project metrics, prepare dashboards, and help identify risks or delays.
• Process Improvement: Suggest enhancements to workflows, documentation, or team processes.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or any Engineering field.
• Experience: No specific years of experience required; must maintain an overall GPA of 3.0 or higher.
• Skills: Organizational skills, clear written and verbal communication, familiarity with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), analytical thinking, and team collaboration.
• Bonus: Demonstrated reliability, eagerness to learn, and willingness to take ownership of tasks.
