What You’ll Actually Do
• Requirements Gathering: Partner with stakeholders to gather, document, and validate business requirements for projects.
• Process Improvement: Conduct analysis to identify process inefficiencies and propose actionable improvements.
• Documentation Management: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including workflows, process maps, and user stories.
• Solution Translation: Collaborate with technical teams to ensure business requirements are accurately translated into effective solutions.
• Project Support: Support project planning, tracking, and reporting activities to ensure timely delivery of solutions.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Requires a Master’s degree from any educational or professional background, welcoming recent graduates without prior technical experience.
• Experience: Demonstrated proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, along with experience using process mapping tools.
• Skills: Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities; Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration; Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively across projects.
• Bonus: Internship or hands-on experience in business analysis or consulting; Familiarity with project management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or Power BI; Basic knowledge of SQL or database concepts is also advantageous.
