What You’ll Actually Do
• Integrate: Integrate directly into client and internal workflows to ensure data-driven insights are a vital part of AI agent analysis and decision-making.
• Report: Produce custom, timely data reports and visualizations that provide expert analysis for both internal product teams and external clients.
• Communicate: Handle data-related requests promptly and satisfactorily, communicating complex findings in an effective, consistent, and professional manner.
• Collaborate: Work regularly with a manager and other team members to refine data models and improve AI agent performance.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Recent graduate or entry-level professional with a strong knowledge of statistics, data analysis methodologies, and the logical frameworks of AI and machine learning.
• Experience: 0–2 years of experience in data analysis or a related technical field, demonstrating the ability to explain data trends and complex findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Skills: Technical proficiency in coding (Python/R), data modeling, and database management (SQL).
• Bonus: Previous internship or project experience as a data analyst, support staffer, or researcher within a tech environment or AI-focused company, with proven experience in extracting practical and digestible insights from complex data sets.
