The Tone:
This is a full-time role at Mozaic, LLC, located in Beverly Hills. This entry-level Operations Associate position is crucial for ensuring the accurate execution of client transactions, verifying financial reconciliations, and providing exceptional service. What You’ll Actually Do
• Client Transactions: Receive and review incoming client communications, execute client transactions, and verify the accuracy of daily cash and position reconciliations.
• Document Preparation: Prepare, edit, and distribute specialized or complex documents, and complete and submit account documents as well as subscription agreements for limited partnership investments.
• Information Coordination: Communicate with business managers, accountants, custodians, and representatives of investment firms to ensure the timely receipt of statements, cash flows, tax documents, and other financial information related to clients.
• Client Support: Assist the firm’s senior team members with client onboarding and maintenance while providing excellent customer service to internal and external clients.
• General Operations: Perform other general company accounting, back office, administrative, and treasury operations as needed.

The Must-Haves
• Background: College graduate with a B.A. or B.S. degree from a reputable college or university.
• Experience: Operational/back office experience is preferred, but not strictly required for this entry-level position.
• Skills: Exceptional intellect, inquisitive mind, acute attention to detail, strategic thinking in complex situations, robust written and oral communication skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 (including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word).
• Bonus: Curiosity and eagerness to learn, ability to manage stress well, prioritize tasks, complete multiple project assignments simultaneously, and a genuine love for dogs.
