Project Manager Intern | Red Tail Acquisitions

The Tone:
This is a full-time internship at Red Tail Acquisitions, located remotely (U.S. Based). Red Tail Acquisitions specializes in commercial construction, renovation, and capital improvement projects across its portfolio. This role presents an excellent opportunity for students and recent graduates to gain hands-on experience in project management, construction management, real estate development, or engineering within a growing organization.

• Mission: To support commercial construction and renovation projects through coordination, vendor communication, budgeting, scheduling, reporting, and administrative assistance.
• Tech Stack: Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint), project management software

What You’ll Actually Do
• Project Coordination: Assist with coordinating commercial construction and renovation projects across multiple locations.
• Project Tracking: Support project managers in tracking schedules, budgets, and project milestones.
• Stakeholder Communication: Coordinate communications with vendors, subcontractors, consultants, and internal stakeholders.
• Vendor Management Support: Assist with bid solicitation, vendor outreach, and proposal tracking.
• Documentation Management: Maintain project documentation, reports, and status updates, ensuring information is organized and accurate in company systems.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Student currently enrolled as a Junior or Senior pursuing a Bachelor’s degree, or a recent college graduate (within the last 12 months), in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, Project Management, Business, Real Estate, or a related field.
• Experience: Availability to begin as soon as possible and commit through September 2026; strong interest in construction project management, commercial real estate, or development projects.
• Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint); excellent written and verbal communication skills; strong organizational and time-management abilities; detail-oriented with problem-solving skills.
• Bonus: Prior internship, coursework, or project experience related to construction, engineering, project management, real estate, or operations; familiarity with project scheduling, budgeting, or construction documentation; experience using project management software.
