What You’ll Actually Do
• Operational Support: Support daily office operations by assisting with scheduling, organizing various documents, and maintaining accurate records.
• Data and Reporting: Contribute to data entry tasks, help in preparing reports, and coordinate communication among team members, vendors, and clients.
• Project Coordination: Assist with project coordination tasks, including updating project timelines, tracking essential materials, and providing administrative support for flooring installation projects.
• General Office Assistance: Provide comprehensive general office support, such as answering inquiries, preparing materials for meetings, and fostering a professional and organized work environment.
• Communication Management: Facilitate communication between internal teams, vendors, and clients, ensuring a professional and courteous approach in all interactions.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Student or recent graduate.
• Experience: Proficiency with office productivity tools, specifically Microsoft Office or Google Workspace, coupled with basic data entry skills.
• Skills: Demonstrated strong organizational and time management abilities, clear written and verbal communication skills with a professional approach, keen attention to detail and accuracy in handling information, and a reliable, collaborative work ethic.
• Bonus: An interest in commercial services, construction, facilities, or related industries, along with enrollment in or recent completion of a relevant degree or certificate program (e.g., Business, Administration, Operations, or a related field).
