The Tone:
This is a full-time role at CLEAResult, located remotely in the US. This role is crucial for ensuring the Integrated Customer Service (ICS) team meets program deliverables by accurately processing energy rebate requests, directly supporting the company’s mission. You will contribute to a people-first culture built on trust, accountability, and transparency.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Data Entry & Validation: Perform accurate data entry and validation of energy rebate requests.
• Performance Standards: Consistently meet outlined Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), maintaining 90% or greater production standards and a 99% accuracy rating.
• Process Improvement: Contribute to ongoing process improvements within a team-based environment.
• Skill Development: Develop new skills for additional programs and tasks to meet utilization goals set by your Supervisor.
• Operational Adherence: Follow outlined standard operating procedures to ensure successful task execution and minimize critical errors.

The Must-Haves
• Background: This is an entry-level role supporting Integrated Customer Services.
• Experience: Previous experience in data entry is a plus.
• Skills: Resourceful and inquisitive with high energy; strong organizational skills; internet speed meeting 10 Mbps upload / 20 Mbps download / 99% latency with ability to hardwire; ability to work from a dedicated home office space, free of personal disruptions, with two power connections, maintaining uninterrupted availability throughout your shift.
• Bonus: Flexibility with your schedule, as split shifts may be required, and availability to work evenings and/or Saturdays during times of increased volume; experience with Microsoft Office applications.
