What You’ll Actually Do
• Collaborate: Partner with Trust and Safety experts, machine learning engineers, and other cross-functional teams to deliver key engineering results for user protection.
• Design: Work alongside experienced team members to develop robust technical solutions.
• Implement: Write and deploy code to create technical solutions that directly address business requirements and enhance platform safety.
• Build Systems: Contribute to the development of critical systems such as content moderation process systems, rule engines, strategy systems, feature engines, human moderation platforms, and risk insight systems.
• Engage & Grow: Gain practical industry experience, explore various career paths, and participate in social events, learning programs, and professional development workshops alongside industry professionals.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Currently pursuing an Undergraduate or Master’s degree in Software Development, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a closely related technical discipline. This is an entry-level internship for students.
• Experience: Able to commit to working for 12 consecutive weeks during the Summer of 2027. Possess prior experience with programming languages such as Go, Python, PHP, C++, C, or Java. Demonstrate software engineering experience through previous internships, work experience, personal projects, or coding competitions.
• Skills: Strong foundational experience with Data Structures and Algorithms. Exhibit strong communication and teamwork skills for effective collaboration.
• Bonus: Display high levels of creativity and a capability for quick problem-solving in a fast-evolving environment.
