• Communication Handling: Answer and direct incoming phone calls, manage emails, and handle general correspondence.
• Coordination & Data Entry: Assist with scheduling, perform data entry tasks, and support various office coordination efforts.
• Team Support: Provide administrative assistance to team members on projects and their daily operational needs.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-level administrative professional with an aptitude for clerical work and administrative support responsibilities.
• Experience: No specific years required; training is provided for entry-level candidates.
• Skills: Strong organizational and time-management abilities, excellent attention to detail and accuracy, good communication and interpersonal skills, and basic computer proficiency in email, spreadsheets, and document management. This role requires someone reliable, professional, and team-oriented.
