What You’ll Actually Do
• Design: Design and implement algorithms to detect and control risks and frauds across e-commerce content, products, sellers, and creators.
• Develop: Develop systems that safeguard the platform’s integrity and user trust in the e-commerce marketplace.
• Collaborate: Work with strategy, product, policy, and operations teams to define products and drive engineering initiatives.
• Innovate: Contribute to the development of policies, rules, and systems to ensure overall quality and user satisfaction.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Currently pursuing a BS/MS degree in Computer Science or a related technical field.
• Experience: Must commit to a 12-week full-time work period during Summer 2026; possess an understanding or keen interest in machine learning, natural language processing, or computer vision.
• Skills: Familiarity with programming languages such as C++, Python, Go, or Java.
• Bonus: Interest or experience in anti-fraud, anti-spam, or platform-integrity fields; a profound sense of responsibility, coupled with exceptional communication and teamwork skills.
