What You’ll Actually Do
• Requirements Gathering: Partner with stakeholders to gather, document, and validate business requirements.
• Process Improvement: Conduct analysis to identify process inefficiencies and propose actionable improvements.
• Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including workflows, process maps, and user stories.
• Solution Translation: Collaborate with technical teams to ensure business requirements are translated into effective solutions.
• Project Support: Support project planning, tracking, and reporting to ensure timely delivery.
• Quality Assurance: Facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT) and feedback cycles to refine deliverables.
• Industry Awareness: Stay informed on industry trends and best practices in business analysis and consulting.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Master’s degree, including recent graduates from diverse educational and professional backgrounds. Candidates must have U.S. work authorization.
• Experience: No prior technical experience is required.
• Skills: Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities; exceptional communication and interpersonal skills; proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and process mapping tools; familiarity with business analysis frameworks and project methodologies like Agile or Waterfall; highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Bonus: Internship or hands-on experience in business analysis or consulting; familiarity with tools like JIRA, Confluence, or Power BI; basic knowledge of SQL or database concepts.
