What You’ll Actually Do
• Scheduling: Schedule and meticulously confirm customer appointments for various landscaping and maintenance services, ensuring optimal coordination.
• Customer Communication: Serve as a primary point of contact, responding promptly and professionally to customer inquiries received via phone, email, and online requests, and assisting with essential service confirmations and follow-up communications.
• Record Keeping: Diligently update and maintain comprehensive appointment calendars and accurate customer records, ensuring all information is current and accessible.
• Coordination: Actively coordinate scheduling changes and adjustments with both operations and field teams, facilitating seamless service delivery and problem resolution.
• Administrative Support: Provide general administrative duties to support the wider office staff, ensuring the smooth execution of daily operational tasks.
