What You’ll Actually Do
• Provide Administrative Support: Offer comprehensive administrative and clerical assistance to attorneys and paralegals, ensuring efficient daily operations and general office functionality.
• Prepare Legal Documents: Draft, format, and meticulously proofread legal correspondence and basic legal documents, as well as prepare them for electronic filing in state and federal courts.
• Manage Case Files: Maintain and organize both electronic and physical case files, performing data entry, scanning, and document management tasks to ensure accessibility and accuracy.
• Coordinate Schedules: Manage calendars, schedule meetings, depositions, and court appearances, while diligently tracking deadlines to ensure timely filings and actions.
• Facilitate Communication: Communicate professionally with clients, court personnel, and outside vendors, and assist with discovery by organizing and reviewing relevant documents.

• Background: This is an early-career opportunity requiring either a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or a recognized Paralegal Certificate. Candidates should be motivated and eager to embark on a long-term career path within the legal profession.
