Jr. IT Administrator | Dew Wealth Management
The Tone:
This is a full-time, remote role at Dew Wealth Management, a rapidly growing Fiduciary Investment Advisory Firm recognized for disrupting the wealth management industry. The company provides “Fractional Family Office” services to entrepreneurs and has been lauded for its elite team and supportive culture, with an aggressive growth trajectory. This role is crucial for maintaining the firm’s technological infrastructure, supporting its approximately 50 remote employees, and driving innovation through internal automation and AI tooling.

• Mission: This role is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the firm’s technology, providing essential IT support, and progressively owning Microsoft 365 administration, security operations, and internal automation.
• Tech Stack: Microsoft 365, Intune, Defender, Entra ID, Monday.com, Make.com, PowerShell, Python, Claude API, ChatGPT, Cursor, Microsoft Copilot, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, Exchange Online.
What You’ll Actually Do
• Provide front-line IT support and progressively administer the firm’s Microsoft 365 environment, security operations, and internal automation.
• Manage user accounts, license assignments, and access requests, including provisioning and offboarding, under the IT Manager’s direction.
• Document recurring IT issues into Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for system configurations and troubleshooting.
• Execute routine security and compliance tasks, including reviewing alerts, performing identity verification for password resets, and supporting compliance documentation.
• Identify opportunities and build internal automations and AI tooling using scripting, Make.com, and AI agents to reduce repetitive IT work.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Associate’s degree, bachelor’s degree, technical bootcamp, or equivalent self-directed coursework in computer science, information technology, systems engineering, or cybersecurity; equivalent demonstrated experience is also acceptable.
• Experience: Zero to two years of professional IT experience, with helpdesk, MSP, or IT support internship experience preferred but not required.
• Skills: Working user-level familiarity with Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams) with a willingness to grow into administration; familiarity with Entra ID concepts (user provisioning, group membership); basic scripting ability in PowerShell, Python, or a comparable language; strong written and verbal communication skills; self-directed with discipline in a remote environment; intellectually curious and patient when assisting non-technical teammates.
• Bonus: Demonstrated experience using AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, Microsoft Copilot, or similar) to build at least one functional artifact such as an agent, automation, chatbot, script, or small application.
