Influencer Marketing Intern | Bloom Nutrition
The Tone:
This is a paid, part-time internship at Bloom Nutrition, located in Austin, TX, requiring 14-21 hours of onsite presence weekly for three months, starting immediately. Bloom Nutrition, founded by renowned fitness influencer Mari Llewellyn, is a rapidly expanding wellness brand dedicated to providing premium supplements, vitamins, and beauty essentials that promote women’s health holistically. • Mission: Drive influencer awareness, traffic, engagement, and conversion by supporting marketing campaigns.
What You’ll Actually Do
• Scout: Identify and research new influencers to support various Bloom product campaigns across platforms like TikTok and Instagram.
• Maintain: Assist the Influencer Team in fostering and maintaining positive relationships with key influencers.
• Prepare: Build comprehensive influencer lists for gifting initiatives and physically package and create PR boxes.
• Facilitate: Support the seamless execution of planned influencer marketing campaigns from start to finish.
• Report: Organize and assimilate influencer insights and data, assisting in weekly reports and analyzing findings to refine future campaigns.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Currently enrolled as an undergraduate student, specifically a Junior or Senior, with a strong natural interest in social media trends and the influencer landscape.
• Experience: Possesses previous experience in influencer marketing, with a focus on scouting and outreach efforts, preferably utilizing platforms like TikTok and Instagram.
• Skills: Demonstrates strong organizational abilities, excellent communication skills, and analytical proficiency, coupled with a thorough knowledge of the social media landscape.
• Bonus: Has a keen interest in identifying the perfect influencers who genuinely align with the brand and is thoroughly engaged with TikTok, familiar with its trending sounds, hashtags, and overall culture.
