What You’ll Actually Do
• Identify: Identify and analyze existing workflow inefficiencies within the organization to pinpoint automation opportunities.
• Design: Design and implement automated workflows using tools and technologies like ServiceNow and Moveworks, collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather requirements.
• Document: Maintain thorough documentation for automated workflows and standard operating procedures.
• Optimize: Monitor and optimize existing automated processes, collecting and analyzing data on workflow performance and user feedback for ongoing improvements.
• Enable: Develop and deliver communications and training materials to boost end-user adoption of self-service options, staying updated on emerging automation and AI trends.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Experience: No prior work experience is required; relevant academic projects or personal initiatives are a plus.
• Skills: Basic programming skills (Python, JavaScript), strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent attention to detail, and effective communication and teamwork abilities.
• Bonus: Familiarity with workflow automation concepts and tools, including IT Service Management concepts, ServiceNow, or Moveworks, and a basic understanding of process automation, scripting, or workflow tools. Knowledge of IT infrastructure and cloud computing platforms.
