What You’ll Actually Do
• Coordination: Coordinate program activities, schedules, and deliverables.
• Project Support: Support planning and execution of ongoing projects and initiatives.
• Tracking: Track program milestones, deadlines, and performance metrics.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation.
• Communication: Schedule meetings and coordinate communication between stakeholders.
The Must-Haves
• Background: High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required. Interest in building a career in program management, operations, project coordination, or business administration.
• Experience: 0–2 years of experience in administration, operations, project support, or customer service roles.
• Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills, excellent written and verbal communication abilities, attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities, basic computer proficiency, strong problem-solving and coordination abilities, comfortable working independently.
• Bonus: Internship or entry-level experience in project coordination, familiarity with project management tools, administrative or operations support experience, experience creating reports and presentations, or an interest in program management or business operations.
